Dress Code Policy

In pursuit of creating an elegant dining ambiance for all our guests, we uphold a smart casual dress code. We kindly ask guests to avoid shorts, sneakers, or sportswear. Your relaxed yet refined attire will perfectly complement the inviting atmosphere we strive to maintain. Many thanks for your understanding!

Reservation Policy

At Level, we've crafted a setting intended for mature adults, hence guests under 21 are respectfully asked to conclude their visit by 8pm.

For reservations, we extend a 15-minute grace period. If you find yourself delayed, please alert us to secure your seat. We may need to contact you regarding your booking, so ensure your email and phone details are accurate.

Reservation windows adapt according to your party size: up to 2 hours for parties of 4 or fewer, up to 2 hours and 30 minutes for parties of up to 6, and 3 hours for parties of 7 or more. Reservations for larger parties are warmly welcomed, just reach out to us directly.

Please be mindful that fees apply for cancellations and no-shows. We thank you for your understanding and for choosing Level – where you can dine, dance, and delve into a world of enchanting experiences.

For a table(s) reservation consisting of four (4) or more people, a charge of a monetary sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per person will be applied as mandatory for purposes of securing such table(s) reservation. This charge will be applied and deducted from payor’s final bill.

Payment Policy:

Payment submitted with a credit card requires matching payor’s state or federal issued identification for security measure.

Entertainment Fee Policy:

On Friday and Saturday, after 8PM, our entertainment fee of twenty five dollars($25.00) will be automatically applied and included to the final bill for payor’s table(s) reservation on the main level. This will support the venue with applying enhanced entertainment to your experience at LEVEL.
